Shipping and Handling
*We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
As of today, we offer the following
shipping method ONLY:
Standard UPS Ground
*Until we
can work out some kinks- we will only be able to offer UPS ground service. Because we are in the holiday season, there is
much traffic. The shipping and handling cost is figured in only a fraction of the cost of each pipe. orders of two or more
items are actually less for you to ship. For now we have basically free shipping. When we say "basically" free. We mean there
is no up-front cost, and as soon as we get your order we will ship it to you and you can begin the hookah experience!

Returns
Our return policy: As of 12/4/2005 we do not accept returns. However, with the comming year we will be able to accomidate
returns on Nargrile/Hookahs ONLY and only within a week of obtaining the item. Exceptions will be specified in our policy
and terms once they are updated toward the new year.
